- What is included in the VIP add-on?
- VIP guests have the front section of the hall reserved for the weekend. Although there isn't assigned/reserved seating, only VIP guests will be able to access the front seating section. In addition, there will be a VIP Meet & Greet with some of our weekend speakers at some point during the weekend. VIP name badges will have special VIP designation. And...maybe a few surprises that we're still dreaming up!
- What is your refund policy?
- Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis for urgent medical situations preventing travel, or acts of nature, but not simply because of a change of mind. Feel free to contact us for more information.
- Can I attend/purchase for a single day only?
- At this time, we are reserving 100% of our availability for full weekend passes. If that changes closer to the conference weekend, we will update here as well as on social media. At this time we do not anticipate this as an option.
- Can I book the presentations and meals without the hotel?
- Our prices do not include hotel rooms, although we have linked to our low negotiated rates for guests who would like to stay at our host hotel, the Tuscany Suites & Casino. You certainly do not need to purchase a hotel room, but the admission price is exclusive of hotel rooms.
- My spouse/guest/partner wants to eat meals with me, but not attend sessions. Is there a food-only ticket?
- We will make food-only tickets available as the even draws near. Watch this space or communication from us directly to all of our guests via email closer to the Party.
- Are you providing transportation from the airport?
- Not at this time, although it's certainly possible - as of right now, no. The hotel is a 10-15 minute ride from the airport with any ride-sharing service, cab or rental car.
- Are the speakers presenting in-person or over Zoom?
- This Party is in-person, baby! **Please note that, as with all live appearances, schedules do change and emergencies happen. We do not guarantee the speaker lineup, although as of this writing, everyone scheduled to speak is confirmed. Schedule is subject to change and improvement.**
- Is there an option to attend virtually?
- Not at this time. Party producers are still making that decision. Possibly so.
